Broker's Comments
The Westerly Berwick was a natural successor to the ultimately successful Westerly centaur.
This example is one of the last 5 made and has upgraded woodwork compared to normal Berwicks.
She is owned by a very experienced yachtsman, is much loved and in good condition.
She has had many upgrades over the years including new rigging in 2004, new sails in 2006, a new engine in 2009 and a new cooker has also been fitted.
The accommodation has a forward cabin which can be used as 2 singles or has an infill to make a good sized double. The heads are of an ample size and have a shower. The main saloon has plenty of room around the cabin table with 2 settee berths, one of which converts into another double berth and there is a also a large quarter berth port side. The chart table is port side with the galley opposite.
The Berwick is a very capable vessel which will cope with the most adverse weather conditions yet she is an easy boat to handle and with her bilge keels has the advantage of being able to use drying moorings, harbours and sandy beaches.
There is a recent survey available if you wish to view this vessel.
