Broker's Comments
Here is an opportunity to own a genuine and highly regarded example of a Blue Water Cruising Yacht at a bargain basement price. For the last eight or so years she has been the floating home of one of our dearest clients, an elderly but 'young at heart' gentleman who has got half way through a restoration of the vessel before realising (at 80+) that life is too short and has lost the enthusiasm to sail off into the wide blue yonder. Forward of her centre cockpit she is well fitted out and is where her owner has lived. Aft of her cockpit has been his workshop and storage facility. There is work to be done on deck such as paint and wood trim and she will no doubt need some new rigging but all the basics are there. She could be ready for the Med for next season, possibly even Carribean for new year, it is probably more about time than money but there is work to be done and money, no doubt, to be spent!
