Broker's Comments

This substantial and well found blue water cruiser from the board of Van de Stadt is being sold by the director of Ratseys Sail Makers and Riggers, local to us here in Neyland. Following acquisition in 2011, the boat has had many meaningful upgrades and improvements. In no particular order:- she has been rewired throughout (domestic, engine and battery wiring), reupholstered, cockpit canvas, fridge upgrade, holding tank installed, new heads, new seacocks, windlass, all new plumbing, engine has had alternator, starter, heat exchangers, water pumps, fuel lines and all hoses renewed, new Raymarine Axium plotter and AIS (2021), cabin heating installed, mast support upgrade, new rigging, sails, mast electrics, dynema running rigging and deck gear. The list goes on........ Far too much to list here.
She is currently ashore here in Neyland. We are confident she is ready to sail today.
