This is a new aspect to boating - a Waterlodge.
This lodge has been built to a very good standard with a high spec and is being sold fully furnished.
There is a good sized outside area with space for a table and chairs to enjoy those sunny afternoons. You enter the living area through double glazed patio doors which make the indoor space light and airy. There is a a large TV with a settee which converts to a bed. The galley is compact and neat with all the equipment you need. To the rear of the space is a seating area around a good-sized table which drops down to allow a double bed to be easily pulled down from the wall. Alongside is the bathroom which has an electric toilet and a full sized shower cubicle.
Ideal for weekends away or longer breaks. Could be a good investment opportunity but cannot be used as a liveaboard or Airbnb on its current mooring.
