Broker's Comments
The Sunseeker Apache 45 is a fast sports cruiser with an enormous amount of space for lounging in the cockpit, great for summer evening cocktails.
The accommodation has a large cabin forward with a double berth and 2 settee berths in the main saloon, which has a nifty galley to port and access to the heads on the starboard side.
She has had a lot of money lavished on her over the last few years including a new windlass fitted, a battery charging system installed and engine mounts replaced.
The engines and the 2 outside outdrives have recently been serviced however the middle outdrive leg needs removal as the gear control is not operational. Cosmetically she requires a good polish and a little TLC but she is a heck of a lot of boat for the money.
