Broker's Comments
The Princess 435 could be fairly claimed to set the standard for surefooted sea-keeping abilities in a motor yacht of her size. Her heavy lay-up and interior joinery is from a less cost cutting era, and this shows in her quality feel when you step aboard.
This particular example benefits from an immaculate engine bay, with the preferred option of twin 360hp motors, both immaculately kept.
She has a comprehensive and up to date navigation suite with the advantage of instrument repeaters at the fly bridge helm. Her general layout above decks provides for easy communication between the aft cockpit and fly bridge (two steps only) which makes her far more congenial than some examples of the genre. Her cavernous interior provides for two en-suite cabins, well sited for privacy at opposite ends of the vessel. Her interior is clean and modern with very recent re-upholstery. An above average example of the marque at a keen asking price.
