Broker's Comments
We have seen a few of these through our hands over the years. This is the cleanest and best presented of them all relative to the year. She is a credit to the owner. Well equipped and well found throughout, she could be launched and used today. She is ashore in our sales yard and available to view six days of the week (closed Sundays).
The Familia 27 model is such a great all-rounder. She is small enough to easily handle and live with generally, but is an excellent cruising boat with bags of room and comfort. We do not think there is a better one available today at this age/price.
