Broker's Comments

Boatshed Essex are pleased to present this attractive narrow-boat for sale. This Cruiser Stern narrow-boat has been built to a high standard and includes all the essential items for comfort afloat; including separate heads with shower, galley with a full size oven and fridge, double berth and saloon area with a delightful multi fuel stove. The boat is also prepared for off grid living and comes with a potential non-residential mooring.

The boat is powered by a reliable engine and much of the electrical installation has been replaced to a high and safe standard and the boat includes a BSS certificate until 2023. What’s more, the boat has been competitively priced to encourage a quick sale.

When I visited this boat, I was struck by its good level of build quality, upkeep and potential as a comfortable holiday home afloat for a couple or longer term living for one. This little gem is well worth a view for anybody looking for a maneuverable home or getaway afloat.
