Broker's Comments
The amount of information we have on this boat is less then we would normally have. The owner has passed away and the family have instructed us to find her a new home. Wyn was a well known local marine engineer, taking care of many boats in the marina as an independent self employed mechanic. This boat has been ashore for 3 years while Wyn tinkered with it using what little spare time he had. It appears as though he was part-way through changing the water pump as the engine front bracket is off, we think there is a new water pump waiting to be fitted. There is also new tanks to be fitted on board, as well as many other things. She has mostly new interior upholstery. In summary, she needs mechanical work, electrical work and plumbing.
In the right hands, she is an attractive cheap boat.
