Broker's Comments
The LM 27 is a Scandinavian designed, quality motor sailor. She has many innovations which maximises the accommodation. The wheelhouse contains the galley and chart table and also has a large cockpit table which is easily stowed away. The 2 settees can be used as extra berths when you have visitors to stay.
In the main saloon the heads are to port with a hanging locker opposite. There are 2 large settee berths with a decent sized cabin table. Going forward there are another 2 berths which convert to a double with an infill cushion.
The woodwork is in good condition and the boat is well presented. She has been lovingly looked after by her owner over a number of years.
She is an easy, rewarding boat to sail and nice to handle. One of the best motor sailors of her size.
