Broker's Comments

The Halmatic 8.80 was a successful motor sailor from the seventies. She was designed by Camper Nicholson and built by Halmatic.
She has a powerful engine, a deep safe cockpit which is roomy and comfortable and has bilge keels which give one the opportunity to dry out on sandy beaches, drying harbours or moorings.
Internally there is ample room for the family or a large crew. In the forward cabin you can choose 2 single berths or a large double. The heads are located to port with a hand basin opposite and the saloon can sleep 4. The dinette converts to a double, there is a single berth to port and a quarterberth to starboard. There is ample galley space as well.
She needs a bit of a clean but this does not detract from the fact that she offers a lot of boat for the money.
