Annual regular servicing by owner plus engineers bills for work. Engine mount corrosion cleaned and re-painted. Although mentioned in the survey the cutlass bearing is deemed to be serviceable for at least a couple of further seasons having been inspected by ourselves. There is a slight amount of vertical play, no sideways play, and nil vibration detectable under load. We consider this to be a minor maintenance item going forward.

Broker's Comments
The Fisher 34 is one of the best known and highly regarded traditional Motor Sailors built in Britain. Our example has been in the same ownership, by a knowledgeable and keen yachting couple, for over twenty years and is now reluctantly offered for sale after they spent a considerable sum to address modern survey requirements. She has a recent survey and a Gas Safety Certificate from August 2018 and her standing and running rigging were replaced by Ratsey's at the start of the 2018 season. All sea cocks have been either renewed or serviced as required and anodes likewise. She is in excellent order and ready to launch and sail as required.
