Broker's Comments

Years of acutely refined craftsmanship, gives the Dale Nelson brand stand alone credibility for ensuring the production of this highly refined, and exceptionally capable vessel.

The Nelson 38 aft cabin, combines the perfect blend of tough, seagoing ability, with a comfortable, spacious and well appointed interior finish.

With proud bow, deep semi displacement keel, and robust pilothouse, the vessel is renowned for relishing conditions experienced at the higher end of the Beaufort scale.

For most of us though, a secluded anchorage or peaceful marina berth is what it's all about. The Nelson 38 suits this environment with equal comfort. The large aft cabin with ensuite, spacious forepeak and saloon double berth conversion give a variety of sleeping options. The well appointed galley is light and well thought-out and the pilot house second saloon with large glass windows is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view.

This beautiful boat has been serviced, wintered and stored inside, ashore every year of its ownership, until it was recently delivered back to Dale Sailing in 2021 for numerous upgrades and maintenance.

Following an extensive list of upgrades it is finally felt the boat is ready to be presented for brokerage.

We are lucky enough to have to hand the extensive knowledge of the company who constructed this fine craft so please feel free to utilize this and give us a call if there are any further details you would like.
