Broker's Comments
Elysian 27 being offered as a "Light Project".
By this we are saying that externally she would benefit from having the coach roof attended to (inside it appears to be dry and solid but externally it lets the boat down in terms of cosmetically). Similarly the side decks and foredeck would benefit from a coat of grey non slip deck paint.
The topsides are in original gelcoat and would polish up quite well whereas the hull has been painted and (in my opinion) may need a refresh.
The interior, however, is really good, I could not see any signs of water ingress, there are no smells and the headlining, carpets and upholstery are very good.
She has warm air heating along with hot water. She is powered by a BMC 4.5 diesel driving a bronze prop via a stainless steel shaft.

Note: Offers on the asking price would not be considered.
