Broker's Comments
Very little is known about this Project 31 which has come on the market due to bereavement. She is in a marina on the Lancaster canal and requires quite alot of work. I believe the engine runs but may be unreliable and the batteries are flat. I think it probably just wants a much overdue service. We would recommend having the boat surveyed prior to purchase.
