Broker's Comments

This is a project that could lead to a lovely home or cruising base. The laregly open space is clear to be built in with a large solid fuel stove and charming features around.

The boat is currently divided into four cabins with an open-plan living area aft and including the stove and cooking equipment. A walk-through shower room follows before a bunk room and at the forward end, a good sized cabin that could easily become a main cabin or second living space. This boat offers wide possibilities for the future development.

A recent survey revealed the need for overplating of the hull base and re-building of the weed hatch. Hence, the price has been reduced and the owner is prepared to consider offers on that basis.

A leisure mooring near Tring in Hertfordshire may be available for a 5% transfer fee.
