Broker's Comments

A 45 foot narrowboat from the well respected RLL builders. Cruiser stern and fairly open lay out internally which is easily changed around. She is in need of a little TLC in the cosmetic department so represents fantastic value for money.
Presently on a marina berth which, subject to acceptance by the operators, is available at a 5% premium on the purchase price.
