Broker's Comments

This 43ft Narrowboat requires some work to bring her back to good condition. One side of the hull has been repainted but the owner has been quite ill and has not managed the second side. She has no inverter, gas cooker or gas water heater. The calorifier heats via immersion. The shower and wash basin really need replacing. Heating is from the multi burner and also 2 x electric wall heaters. The forward heater is an infra red 1500 watt unit. The boat was blacked 6 years ago so she is due for blacking and would need a survey as she has not been surveyed.

The mooring is available with the boat and can be either residential or leisure. Residential is around £3,800 a year.

BSC until August 2024.
