The ground floor has a lounge, hobby room and kitchen breakfast with dining area too. There is access to the foredeck from the kitchen via French doors. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Stairs lead down to a lower ground floor which has a bar room with dance floor. Then a room that could be an additional dance/social room which leads to the cinema room. The cinema room can be accessed from 2 entrances. There is a lift that has been installed by the previous owners but it needs commissioning. The accommodation is phenomenal and there’s a lot of scope to create what you desire in the lower ground floor. Two of the heads have baths with shower heads and the other has a large shower cubicle.

This is a fabulously spacious Barge Conversion. She is currently on a residential mooring which the owner rents for £640 per Month. There's a good community atmosphere too and the vessel has a nice position on the marina.

The accommodation is really well laid out and bright too. There is access to the side decks and terraces from the main bedroom so you can enjoy sitting outside for a drink etc. The foredeck is a subtract and is big enough to have a gathering and a barbecue.

She benefits from gas central heating. Ideal for a family and has so much more potential to offer regarding the accommodation on the lower deck.

If you are looking for a different life experience and like a lot of space then this could be the Barge for you.
