Broker's Comments

This Broom 30 is a stunning original vessel that has never been in the hire fleets and this shows everywhere you look. She has some tasteful and useful upgrades that make her a standout example of her type.

She is presented in original gelcoat and is a very nice example that has worn her years very well indeed. She has the usual dual steer layout offering great views across the Broads from her raised flybridge driving station.

Her decks are wide and safe and she has safety rails everywhere you need them and a full width bathing platform. Her foredeck has an electric windlass with local and remote helm controls .

Her interior is in original wood that appears to be in very good order with just a couple of small areas that would benefit from a light varnish, but this is not overly noticeable.

She has a bow thruster fitted and associated controls at both helms and an inverter and diesel warm air heating. Her upholstery is all in good condition and she has a well equipped galley with fridge and gas cooker and ample work space and storage.

She boasts two cabins and two heads with one shower. The saloon can convert to a double if wished so she can sleep 6 when needed. Her Perkins engine starts and runs very nicely indeed and is smooth and quiet.

These are quality Broom boats that exude charm and character and are very popular on the Broads and other waterways for their delightful and easy handling nature. This example appears to be a very good example of her type and will delight her new owner.
Her Broads toll is paid to March 2024 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to May 2025.

Her stunning mooring could also be available by agreement with the marina where she is located. Currently paid to march 24
