Broker's Comments
The Broom 30 is distinguished by its midships wheelhouse saloon, with sliding doors on both sides. The superstructure and interior were designed by Mr Martin Broom and the exterior layout designed by Naval Architect Mr M.R Martins. The design offers a surprising amount of internal space as well as ample external room, especially above the aft cabin where the second external helm is positioned.
Julie Bebb is fitted with twin Perkins 4108's which appear to be in reasonable condition. She has a spacious double berth fore and a large aft cabin comprising two single berths. She also comprises twin heads and an roomy galley. This boat can fairly be describes as a fixer-upper and is in need of some attention, mainly cosmetic. With the right amount of time and enthusiasm she still has many more years of use due to the rock solid construction for which these boats are renowned.
