Broker's Comments
This Albin Ballad is a good example of the type which has been well looked after by her present, and previous two, owners. She has an extensive sail wardrobe, has had recent refurbishments to rig and motor, recent main and head sails and is fully equipped and she is almost ready to launch and commission. A new owner might wish to upgrade one or two items such as cooker and the odd instrument but this would be down to personal preference and not a 'must do' item. She benefits from a first class topside respray, a re-conditioned motor, tidy electrics, excellent upholstery and a genuine caring and competent owner. If you are looking for a handsome, well built, fast cruising yacht capable of serious passage making or collecting silver in club races this one deserves serious consideration.
