Broker's Comments
This 'Proper Little Ship' has had one owner from new, an engineering company owner with a steel shipbuilding background. He commissioned the design, a 'one off' and steel fabrication commenced in 1985. She was first commissioned upon completion in 1991. She is a well found and solid motor sailer suited to extended cruising or as a live-aboard. There is a comfortable wheel house, saloon, aft and forward cabins and a starboard guest cabin with bunk beds. The spacious aft cabin has en suite facilities and the roomy main heads compartment is to port, forward of the saloon. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: We understand that the owner may consider a close offer on the asking price.
