Broker's Comments

Those that know the Channel 22 will all agree they are a surefooted and sea kindly semi displacment cruising boat well suited to estuary and coastal work. This one is a bit rough around the edges, but it is only cosmetic. The hull, superstructure and engine are all sound, which is a good start. The hull could do with a polish, the cockpit floors with a lick of deck paint, teak grab rails need a drop of oil, headlinings in the wheel house need replacing. She has proved to be a faithful servant to the current owner, mainly used for fishing. She appears to have been let go in the last couple of years but it is man made, it can be man fixed (up).
