Broker's Comments
Considered by many to be the perfect Blue Water yacht for a cruising couple, the Nic 35 has a fine pedigree in both design and build. Surefooted thanks to her high ballast ratio and easily handled, with her powerful rig she can keep on going when lesser yachts are struggling or seeking shelter. She is a yacht that will look after her crew and get them anywhere that they might wish to go. This one has just returned from Spain where her husband and wife owners have been living the blue water dream for the last few years. She is well equipped, with fairly recent sails and an engine that has only done 150 hours since a re-build. She requires little in the way of preparation before her next adventure.
