Broker's Comments

A well laid out narrowboat that provides comfortable accommodation and lots of storage.

There is a good size double bed and a large saloon that can convert to a further double. She comes equipped with a gas boiler but the owner has only used the solid fuel stove, which he had fitted.
She also has good sized galley with an eye-level oven.

She is a little untidy on the outside, but the boat is priced to allow the new owner to give her a paint job and make her very smart once again.

She was last out of the water in June 2018, when she was blacked and had new anodes fitted. The BSS certificate is valid until May 2022.

For guide purposes, the current mooring fees are circa £480/m, but all prospective buyers should make their own enquiries with the marina management.
