Broker's Comments
The Rowan Crown is one of those yachts that simply feels right the moment you step aboard, Solid underfoot and stiff for her size she feels like a proper yacht, and nowhere that you look dispels this first impression. This example must be one of the best, certainly that I have seen. She has been lovingly maintained and sympathetically updated by her present owners, who sadly are now forced by advancing years to give up their hobby of a lifetime. She is keenly for sale as it is time to move on, but a good home is probably more important than the bottom line.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
NB Photo'd 20 Nov. She has now come ashore for the winter, see photos of underwater profile.
