Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this tidy example of the popular Fairline holiday. with a modern Beta 3 cylinder diesel engine Holding tank, shore power and diesel warm air heating, hot water, and a toilet with holding tank she has all that you need in your first boat!
Fairline holidays are fantastic little boats that feel fare bigger that they are due to wonderful design and layout. I had one for many years and loved my time with these capable well handling little boats.
The aft cockpit is spacious and the ports side helm offers clear viewing all around. With the canopy down they are quite sporty in appearance and they feel it too. Her upholstery appears to be all good. Her galley has a 2 burner gas hob and grill. She has a pump out toilet fitted with stainless steel holding tank, and her saloon is all clean and tidy with infill's present. She can sleep 4 in a twin saloon that converts to a double and also has two full length side single under the cockpit sole. Her Beta diesel appears to start and run as it should and she has been serviced for this season. She was last antifouled in 2024. Her broads toll for this year is paid and she has a valid Boats safety certificate to May 2028. Her mooring may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina
