Mike de Graaf, the M.D. heads up the Boatshedwales team. A professional broker for the last 15 years he is passionate about brokerage and anything that floats. Mike is a qualified RYA sailing, windsurfing, dinghy and powerboat instructor. His personal flotilla numbers five vessels at the last count, ranging from a jet ski to 37ft ocean going yacht. He lives by the motto “It aint no dress rehearsal”. Alan Coy retired after 30 years flying RAF search and rescue helicopters to go sailing. Holder of a DoT Yachtmaster Offshore certificate with commercial endorsement, he ran his own skippered charter yacht before realising small is beautiful and now sails a Drascombe. He made the mistake of offering Mike some help one week-end and has been with him for the last six years! Keith Doust runs our Cardiff office. A keen yachtsman with many deliveries to his credit, he also skippers top class offshore racers for owners with more money than time. What Keith does not know about racing yachts frankly isn't worth knowing! Keith has been a friend of Boatshed Wales for six years, before taking the plunge and becoming a broker too! Jason Roscoe has been running an outpost of the Boatshed Wales office since 2006 and is a keen motor boater, although he's learning fast about wind power. Historically based in Milford Marina , birthplace of the Boatshed group, we recently relocated to a dedicated and fully serviced brokerage yard at Neyland Marina. We lie alongside Dale Sailing Company, builders of the world renowned ‘Dale Nelson’ luxury motor yachts and a mere five miles from our Milford office which is presently mothballed pending redevelopment.
