This boat is only a year old and with two cabins, makes a stylish and luxurious floating home for a couple or family. This boat is the bigger 12ft beam and the space available as a result is the big reason this boat will attract interest.
The mooring at Limehouse is also a big attraction being only 100m walk to Limehouse DLR station and 5 minutes to Bank station from there.
The residential license is fully transferable on payment of a 5% fee to the marina. Current mooring fees are roughly £10,100 per annum.
