Broker's Comments

The first impression on stepping aboard this one owner Yacht is of a substantial vessel, a feeling that is borne out when you look around her and inspect items like the hull core sample.
She had a major refit in 2009 when amongst other things she had new teak decks, a new cockpit, the hull and deck house were repainted and the rig inspected and items replaced as necessary.
The all furling Cutter / Ketch rig breaks the sail area down into easily managed packages and we particularly liked the raised cockpit that allows you to relax whilst still having good all round visibility whilst on passage.
She is and has been easily managed by a couple for more than 30 years and 100,000 miles, during which time she has cruised from the Arctic to the Equator and has spacious accommodation for 8 if required.
The last of the only 3 pilot house versions ever built, she has internal and external helm positions and would make an excellent charter boat or family cruiser.
