This is a truly sensational live-aboard Humber Barge with a sought after central London residential mooring. And that's not all . . . the boat is being offered for sale with 12 MONTHS' FREE MOORING!

She has been extensively refitted and no expense has been spared in bringing her up to the highest of standards.

The open plan saloon is enormous and features high ceilings, generous use of reclaimed wood flooring and cast iron, school style radiators. It’s bright and airy, with an abundance of natural light and has a spiral staircase leading to a foredeck hatch.

There is a raised, fully fitted galley, double master cabin, forward cabin with bunk beds, bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, separate laundry area, extended wheelhouse with convertible dining table/double bed and unique opening rooftop. The stunning sun deck has a long table with bench seating and superb entertainment space. And, to top it all, there’s simply masses of storage space, both above and below decks.

The boat comes with a residential mooring in a secure, gated marina which is very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The marina supports a vibrant and friendly live-aboard community.
