I have never seen a boat in as good a condition as this one. Take a look at the engines, engine room and bilges, they are spotless. The current owner has kept this boat to such a high standard one very rarely sees. I could not honestly note anything that needed attention.
The current owner (since 1999) has had the boat out of the water every year from November until the following Easter and the hull is always polished and re anti fouled prior to re launch.
There is an 8 kW Eberspacher heating system, Hydraulic Steering, Stainless davits for the RIB which comes complete with a Mercury 4 HP engine c/w trailer and launching trolley, a FWD Bow Thruster and life-raft included amongst many other
items. The owner is having to retire from boating and as a result there is an extensive inventory to be included.
The upholstery is in very good condition throughout and all 3 heads look as though they have never been used.
This really is a supreme example of a luxury Motor yacht that includes £2000 worth of diesel, a full years moorings paid in advance along with 12 months Broads Toll licence worth £600.00.
She was anti fouled 15.03.12 and the hull has been polished.
