You are never quite sure what to expect before going to meet an owner to list a boat. It can be disheartening trying to be enthusiastic about a boat which is neglected, dirty, tired and unloved. It lifts the soul when it is the other way around, particularly when the price is also right. Needless to say, this is one of the latter. An absolute peach. On sports cruisers, condition is king, as well as good mechanics and this one ticks all the boxes. She instantly went into my top 3 on the books, which is saying something when you have over a hundred. These boat details are subject to contract.
